Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with ThumbLoop. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for credit purchases on loop-tube.com, operated by NEXAI TECH. Because ThumbLoop sells digital credits that are delivered and consumed instantly, please read this before buying.
Subscriptions & cancellation
ThumbLoop has no subscription and no recurring billing. You buy credits once, as a one-time payment. There is nothing to cancel, and you will never be charged automatically. Unused credits remain in your account and never expire.
Failed generations are never charged
If a generation fails due to a technical issue on our side (for example, all AI providers are temporarily at capacity), no credit is deducted. You can simply try again. You do not need to request a refund for failed generations.
When you are eligible for a refund
We will issue a refund to your original payment method if:
- You were charged but credits were not delivered โ e.g. the payment succeeded but your balance did not update.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate/accidental payment), and the extra credits are unused.
- A verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the credits you paid for.
Requests must be made within 7 days of the payment.
When a refund does not apply
- Credits that have already been used to generate thumbnails, titles, tags, or clone styles. AI generation incurs real processing costs at the moment you use a credit.
- Dissatisfaction with the subjective style of an AI output, where the Service otherwise worked as intended. AI results vary โ we recommend trying the free generation first, and you can regenerate or restyle to get a result you like.
That said, if something genuinely went wrong, talk to us. We regularly grant goodwill credits when a customer has a poor experience, even outside the strict cases above.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase, with:
- your order/payment reference (from your receipt), and
- a short description of the issue.
You can find your payments and receipts in your Account page after signing in.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay. After approval, it typically takes 5โ7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or UPI provider. We will confirm by email once the refund is initiated.
