Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NEXAI TECH ("ThumbLoop", "we", "us") handles your information when you use loop-tube.com and the ThumbLoop service. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the product, and we never sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address โ to sign you in (via a one-time code), deliver credits and receipts, and respond to support requests.
- Generation inputs โ the video topic, style, and any text you type. These are sent to AI providers to produce your thumbnails, titles, and tags.
- Clone Style URLs โ the public YouTube link you paste, used only to read the source's public thumbnails for style.
Information collected automatically
- Device identifier โ a random, anonymous ID stored in your browser to manage free-trial limits and prevent abuse. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
- Payment metadata โ when you buy credits, our payment processor returns a payment ID, the method used (e.g. UPI or card), and a masked contact. We store this to confirm the order and issue receipts. We never receive or store your full card or UPI credentials.
- Usage analytics โ privacy-safe, aggregated events such as page views, which features were used, scroll depth, and approximate referrer host. These contain no personal identifiers and are used to improve the product.
2. Cookies & local storage
- A session cookie (httpOnly) keeps you signed in after you verify your email code.
- A small local-storage hint remembers whether to show you the signed-in workspace on return visits.
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies by default. If optional analytics or advertising integrations are ever enabled, this policy and the site will reflect that.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and deliver the credits you buy.
- To send transactional emails (sign-in codes, receipts, support).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your private generation inputs to publicly train our own models, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Service providers
We share data only with trusted processors that help us run ThumbLoop, and only to the extent needed:
- Cloudflare โ hosting, content delivery, and AI image/text generation.
- Microsoft Azure (OpenAI) โ AI image generation fallback.
- Supabase โ database and file storage for your account and gallery.
- Razorpay โ payment processing.
- Resend โ delivery of sign-in code and transactional emails.
These providers process data under their own terms and security practices. Some may process data outside your country.
5. Data retention
We keep account data, order history, and saved creations for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights").
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwordless sign-in, httpOnly session cookies, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit what we collect.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from your account email and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
ThumbLoop is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
10. Contact
For any privacy question or request, email [email protected] or visit our Contact & Support page. Data controller: NEXAI TECH (operator of ThumbLoop / loop-tube.com).
